EQUIPMENT & UNIFORMS

Uniforms are to be worn at all times during training and competitions.

Training is usually performed in bare feet.  Only under certain circumstances can shoes be worn.  If it is necessary to wear shoes then only kung fu shoes can be worn.  Please check before purchasing any kung fu shoes because many are too hard to be allowed to train in.  The sole should be thin and very soft most imitation kung fu shoes unfortunately are very hard and these can be very dangerous.

For your own safety and personal hygiene it is recommended that you purchase your own equipment.
